1. Delivery Options

All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide.

You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery, where available:

STANDARD DELIVERY

• Delivery time depends on the warehouse location (see below)

• During peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery may take slightly longer

EXPRESS DELIVERY

2. Shipping Time by Location

Overseas Warehouses (U.S., Europe, other regions)

• Shipping time: 7–10 business days

Custom Dolls (Shipped from China)

• Shipping time: up to 20 business days, including production time

All orders are shipped via trusted international couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Order Tracking

Delivery time starts once your order is accepted and processed (usually within 24 hours on business days).

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier.

Orders can also be tracked in your HAREM account.
